a hobbledehoy : Not for them. That was a lot of physical activity for those ladies. In fact, you can see where most of these lovely ladies didn't have the stamina to perform for the full 1:59, instead they just had them dance for 20 seconds and then looped it and spliced it to appear continuous. Its hard to notice.

Hula hoop? Hula hoops aren't actually meant to "fit". They're designed move around the waist and hips freely, not fit so tight you can use them like a belt onto which you can attach thin strips of brown paper in order to create a grass skirt. I kid, I kid. There never was a hula hoop in the video. Hula dance maybe.
